Our Manifesto

When you subscribe to LeapFrogBI we become partners. We put ourselves in your shoes – immerse ourselves in your business. We embrace your challenges as our own. Our subscription model is the foundation that enables us to forge strong relationships and obtain the best possible outcomes.

Investigate business problems, source data, expectations, and environment before designing a solution.

Only by including stakeholders and business users throughout the process can you ensure accuracy, trust and adoption.

The simplest solutions are often the easiest to understand, fastest to build, and the most efficient to maintain.

Build for today, keeping tomorrow in mind. Intelligent design can greatly improve a solution’s ability to evolve.

Data Jockey

Paul has spent his career helping organizations large and small convert their data into something valuable. After completing a tour in the US Marines, Paul built a deep set of analytical and technical skills while working as a business intelligence and data warehousing consultant. These experiences led Paul to develop the LeapFrogBI Platform to streamline data preparation. After two decades of experience helping organizations benefit from their data, he continues to work with a select group of clients that are just as passionate about their data as he is. He holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS from the University of Maryland. When he’s not knee deep in data Paul enjoys doing pretty much anything outdoors. His favorite dessert is cheesecake.

When he’s not designing logical data models, Adam enjoys building electric skateboards, running adventure races and finding ways to reduce his personal carbon footprint. His favorite dessert is chocolate bread pudding.
